This is an awesome display in a gorgeous neighborhood! This is in a gated subdivision called Presidents Landing. Don’t worry about being able to get in though! You can either follow a vehicle in through the gate or call the Ganci residence from the box and they will buzz you in.

This is Aubrey’s top pick (of many fantastic contenders!) in this spirited neighborhood. Not a bulb is out in this meticulously planned out, perfectly colorful property. There are lots of gorgeous custom-made pieces and even a bubble blower in a sweet “elf garden” that make this a beautiful display that everyone will find something to love about.

Our family loves Christmas and all the traditions and festivities that surround the holiday. We also love the Griswold’s in Christmas Vacation. Ten years ago, when our oldest was a newborn, the passion and excitement for our home’s annual display of lights became a huge part of our family’s traditions. That led to officially becoming Harbor Oaks Santa in 2020 when we weren’t even able to visit Santa at the mall or other community events due to COVID-19. So we brought Santa to our own backyard.
Our kids have grown to become a big part of the preparation, planning, presentation, and daily participation. It truly is a family affair for us.
The house is decorated with a festive display, so come by and see it! Our 4 (almost 5) little elves even make nightly appearances with candy canes and cheer!

This whole neighborhood is great, and specifically this street. This home (and the one next to it) are brightly lit with cool white LEDs and are a wondrous site, especially with the perspective of the whole street in your view on the approach.

This is one that will grab your attention from the main road and make you insist your husband turn around to go back and see it. At least that’s how it happened on our case. Lots of lights, lots of fun. Definitely worth the turn!
